I Can

Do you ever wake up in the morning and say, “I can’t do this or that”? Or even tell yourself there is no way I will be able to do that?Oftentimes our negative self-talk can carry us through a day or maybe even start our day off on the wrong foot.

No matter what the challenge is, it is all about the choices we make in thinking positive or negative. We are in the driver’s seat on that one. We can choose to say to ourselves all the things we are grateful for or we can choose to say to ourselves all the things wrong and how awful my challenges are today. It is always a choice.

How are you going to choose to think today?

What are you going to do when you feel discouraged?

  • Create a gratitude journal - reminding yourself all the things you are grateful for today.

  • Say a prayer - have some quiet time each day to reflect and renew.

  • Even if you don’t think you can, just say it out loud, “I can!”

  • Talk with a friend.

These are just a few ideas to keep you on track for knowing that you CAN!
